Thanks Crazy for starting this, I dont know how I missed it till now.

Thanks to everybody for their congrats. I found out about this place while reading a review of Alan Carrs book and went around with the letters WQD on a little piece of paper in my purse for a few days before I googled it. I was feeling so low and shaky that I dont really remember loging on for the first time but little did I know the life saver it would be for myself and my family.

I didnt think when I joined first that I could be comfortable in the same way other people seemed to be but that soon changed. I had a little tear on New Years Eve at 12 O Clock when my sister who knows how much this place means to me, was huging me Happy New Year said "and a Happy New Year to all your mates as well".
