Thanks everyone.

It's funny, after awhile the quit just starts to become 'life'. I wasn't until well after lunch today when I realized "Hey, it's my quit anniversary". Not to say that I'm getting complacent, I'm just pointing out that 99% of the time it's out of your mind. Maybe knowing that will give someone early in their own quit some knowledge of how much easier it can and will get. Also, after two years I'm more comfortable and open with people about the fact I don't drink. I don't shout it from the rooftops, but I'm not embarassed to be a non-drinker either.

Some things that helped me reach two years: I log on here all the time. I might not post much, but I read often. Also, early on I told my family and a few close friends that I was quitting. That helped to provide both acceptance, and social pressure to stay sober.

I'd like to say thanks to the WQD stalwarts, you know who you are. I'd try to name you, but I don't want to risk leaving someone out and hurting their feelings.

A special thanks to Jonas. You provided the forum that helped me to reverse the course my life was on. To keep it short and sweet.. thank you.
