Thank you so much everyone. A pat on the back is such an overwhelming feeling. I am here like most folks only giving what they can and expecting nothing in return. That's what make this group so special.

But now it's back to work.

One year from now I'll have two years in. I'm begining to get the hang of this.

Nice job, Marv.

If i can offer any valuable advice, i'd say that you should pat yourself on the back for one year sober..... but it should put you on the strongest of guards.

Your AV will script so many things into your skull, you have to be careful not to play back.

Because if you do, you will be right back in that same pit of despair that you found yourself in when you Googled.... "quit drinking"

well done, but keep it going.
