I think it would be a good idea to PM a newbie tell them a little bit about yourself and tell them if they have any question to hit reply and ask you. Put there name here after you are done I think 3 PMs per newbie would be plenty.

I'd like to start pm'ing newbies again but now I'm paranoid that they are not actually newbies but someone else here with multiple id's...in which case I am not interested. When someone registers and has the same IP address, are they immediately flagged? Thanks.You have to have a reason to do that and also you can not use the same Email. We use to get a lot of that from spammers but Jonas took care of most of that. I have no idea why some of them do not post. But at worse case it may make them feel guilty, if they are here for the wrong reason. Quit thinking so much PB.
