I hardly thought it possible a year ago, but here I am!!! No slips either. I think if I did slip, life would be over. I don't know if I could pull myself out again. As Rich once said at the old site.." I was in the toilet, and it was flushed..I had to crawl out, or go all the way down " Or something like that.

Now life holds more and more possibilities, and I'm excited about it!! Last year I didn't care what happened, as long as my drinking time was not affected.
Was not a way to run a farm, family, or life!!

I have this site to thank, I've never been to AA, don't see myself going either. Just this site, and reading all the diaries. I found this site drunk, of course, and it made me think that sobriety was possible.
