well, i had 2.5 months free from the nicotine... while i haven't really gone back to ciggs after i started smoking black and mild's, i need to quit the black and mild's. I have six cans of chew just sitting in my room... its old, about half a year... i never started chewing after i bought em. thought they would be a good substitute.

anyway, the small cigars gotta go. my lungs are screaming out, f$%k you man!

this songs comes to mind, lol.

anyway, i know what to do... just gotta get off the nicotine. Its helpful when i'm bed ridden with a fever and sleep for three days, then i detox and dont even know. But my health is good, so thats not gonna happen. I guess i'll get some patches or chew on a black root or something.

i hope in a month i'll be a quitter.

smoking these cigars brings back that feeling of nostalgia, for blunts.

gotta quit

wish me luck, or dont... dont matter! love to you all:)

Good luck Richard, get that crap away from your lungs - you may just need those puppies for breathing one of these days! :)
