I have made a decision to quit drinking, but I need some help. Is this where I begin in this section of the forums?

you also started with a post in the Diaries and Journals section. And that is a good place to start. Just write whatever you want to write. You'll be surprised to see that there are people here who will have been thru and done the same or worse, drunk more, drunk less, drunk longer, drunk for shorter than you. and they will help. Check out the replies you have already had in the Diaries and Journal section
