How long does it take to de-tox?

Hello friends, "around the world in 80 days" today is my 80th day alcohol free, and I wanted to ask if anyone knows how long it takes to detox oneself from poisonous alcohol?

Hello - if by "detox" you mean the common meaning of the term, which its the bad physical withdrawal when one quits - it lasted 6 days for me. I know this so precisely because I went though it over and over again until I finally succeeded and stayed quit.

5 days for me. Like T-Bone, I gathered multiple sets of field data just to make sure.:o The severity of withdrawals worsened over time.
