Big congratulations on Four Years, my good friend! You have been such an inspiration to me as well as many others...thank you for sharing yourself and your wealth of knowledge on addiction....but most of all...big congratulations...you truly do rock!

Freya my quit sister far away in a far away land...

It is very cool that we are here on this four year ledge.
It was very cool the day I stepped in here and interrupted the conversation that was happening as you were going out the door to check in to the day spa.
I remember not hearing anything for a few days and then you posted the most amazing ramble.

I like your philosophical ways and your cool doggies. Hope all is well with ya!

I've written some four-year thoughts in my diary...I'm all written out! :)

Suffice it to say that your camaraderie on my journey has been absolutely superb! I was drinking when I found the Cue and drank for my first two weeks here until I checked into detox. And since that day, the Cue has been a very large part in my recovery. Not least because here I was able to write about all of the changes that were happening in my head and get your feedback on it. That has been invaluable therapy for me.

Thanks again....I really appreciate it!

Freya! Wonderful. And thank you-- I'll never forget how you walked me thru those first days and weeks-- giving me a shoulder (or a push) when I needed one.

4 years of no beers. freya, you are awesome, much better than a skunk, or an opossum. it's been a long journey, well worth it, keep on learning. thank you for contributing your knowledge to the thread, without warriors like you, who would we look up to?
